What You’ll Actually Do
• Interlink technical teams with commercial objectives as the “connective tissue” within the firm.
• Execute diverse tasks, ranging from deep-dive market research and lead generation to complex financial analysis and vendor selection.
• Optimize day-to-day business functions, ensuring technical innovations achieve scalable commercial success.
• Identify and initiate new business opportunities, improving lead-to-opportunity conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Conduct rigorous vendor analysis and negotiation to reduce costs and improve procurement processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a technical support role.
• Skills: Analytical thinking for operational data analysis; lead generation and business development for new opportunities; financial literacy for cost-benefit analysis; project management for cross-functional initiatives; exceptional communication for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: A strong interest in engineering; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems; familiarity with Lean methodologies for process optimization; experience in vendor evaluation and negotiation.
