Distribution Trainee – Fire Protection | Core & Main
The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee program at Core & Main, located in St. Louis, MO. Core & Main is a national leader in distributing essential products and services for water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection infrastructure. This Distribution Trainee role is an immersive 18-month development opportunity designed to prepare recent graduates for key operational and leadership positions, directly contributing to the reliability of critical infrastructure in local communities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Participate in an immersive 18-month training and development program designed for early career professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
• Experience: Less than two years of professional experience, excluding internships. This role is suitable for recent college graduates or upcoming graduates in the spring.
• Skills: Strong interest in understanding the sales and operations of a distribution business. Eagerness to engage in a comprehensive 18-month development program. Commitment to learning and contributing to community infrastructure.
