The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee position for the Pathfinder Global Initiative at LESSO, located in Miami, FL. LESSO stands as a global leader in piping solutions, built on over 40 years of consistent growth and diversified across piping systems, building materials, home furnishings, and new energy sectors. The company reported USD 3.6 billion in sales revenue in 2025, demonstrating significant market presence and financial strength. This role is integral to the Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO’s flagship program designed to cultivate its next generation of international leaders. Through this initiative, LESSO is actively transforming into a truly Global LESSO, expanding its sales and marketing teams from 20 cities in 10 countries to over 150 cities across 60 countries outside China since early 2024. Joining this program means directly contributing to this ambitious global expansion and shaping the future of the company.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete training in China: Participate in an intensive six-week training program in Shunde, China, which includes learning at LESSO’s global headquarters, factories, and various sales offices across the country, as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Transition to management: Upon successful completion of the training program, assume the position of Sales Manager for LESSO in Miami, FL.
• Master products: Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and rapidly master the full range of LESSO’s piping solutions and other product offerings.
• Develop business: Utilize the Group’s extensive resources to strategically develop and grow LESSO’s local business presence within the metropolitan area of Miami, FL.
• Lead and manage: Lead LESSO’s operational efforts and manage a local team of up to 10 individuals in Miami, FL, establishing a strong regional market footprint.

• Background: Entry-Level career professional. Demonstrated familiarity with the metropolitan area of Miami, FL.
• Experience: Proven eagerness to learn and rapidly master new product lines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to strategically utilize company resources. Demonstrated potential to lead local operations and manage a team of up to 10 individuals.
• Skills: Legally authorized to work in the United States. Proficient in Chinese. Strong leadership potential.
• Bonus: Holding a degree from a university within the Miami, FL area.
