What You’ll Actually Do
• CRM Optimization: Optimize CRM systems and processes to improve enablement, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate sales enablement technology for innovation that aligns with the global strategy.
• Project Management: Provide project management support across various markets, global regions, and teams.
• KPI & Metrics Development: Enhance and build sales KPI and metric capabilities within the organization.
• Internal Communications: Craft internal communications specifically for Commercial Excellence initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Operational Excellence, Project Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development; 3.2 GPA minimum; permanent work authorization in the United States is required; participants must be geographically mobile during the program, including ability to relocate within the U.S. based on assignment location and travel internationally.
