What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive a variety of program goals, projects, training, and assignments within the line of business.
• Rotate: Complete a 9-13 month rotational development schedule to gain comprehensive experience across departments.
• Train: Engage in classroom sessions, line of business overviews, credit analysis training, and practical case study work.
• Deliver: Undertake project work that provides direct impacts and adds value to the line of business.
• Develop: Cultivate relationships with managers, leaders, and peers while receiving professional development through 1 on 1 coaching.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.2.
• Experience: Entry-level role, designed for recent graduates or individuals early in their career, seeking an accelerated development path.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge in accounting with at least 9 hours of coursework in accounting (specific to Commercial Associate roles), strong analytical and technical aptitude.
• Bonus: Excellent leadership skills, relevant work experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (for Commercial positions), and 12 hours of Finance courses (for Commercial positions).
