Commercial Leadership Trainee | Kronospan

The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee program at Kronospan, located in Anniston, AL. Kronospan is recognized as the world’s leading producer of essential wood panel products, including MDF, OSB, Particleboard, and Laminate Flooring. What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Acquisition: Actively acquire essential management skills, including developing leadership capabilities, fostering effective teambuilding, and enhancing interpersonal communication.
• Technical Development: Master a comprehensive range of technical skills crucial for commercial operations, such as customer service excellence, negotiation strategies, outside sales techniques, marketing initiatives, efficient purchasing, and innovative product development.
• Project Execution: Spearhead and contribute to impactful projects designed to improve internal processes, enhance product quality, or elevate customer service standards across the organization.
• Rotational Training: Engage in an intensive 12-month program that includes diverse rotational assignments within various segments of the company’s site, gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job training.
• Leadership Preparation: Proactively prepare for and assume a leadership position within Kronospan immediately upon the successful completion of the rigorous trainee program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in a business management, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or a closely related field of study.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required for this developmental program.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; robust analytical capabilities; exceptional work ethic, time management, and organizational skills; and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
