• Mission: This person will master all aspects of warehouse operations management and leadership through an 18-month rotational program, aiming to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Hands-on Training: Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams, including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Skill Development: Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Certification Completion: Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout various warehouse job rotations.

• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Career level: Entry-level. Education requirement: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this management trainee position.
• Experience: Ability to learn quickly in a warehouse management environment.
