STRIDE Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 35-year history of providing essential team-based medical, behavioral health, and dental care. Since its founding from a single clinic in 1989, STRIDE has evolved into an integrated healthcare delivery system. Our mission is to ensure affordable and accessible healthcare for low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations across communities in the Denver-Metro area.

Annually, STRIDE serves 52,000 patients through 14 brick-and-mortar clinics, including school-based centers, refugee medical services, and a versatile street medicine team utilizing a mobile unit. Our extensive reach encompasses Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson counties, alongside various surrounding cities in Colorado.
