The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at GM Performance Power Units, located in Concord, North Carolina. GM Performance Power Units is developing a new era of performance for the Formula 1 grid, operating in a startup racing environment backed by a legacy of engineering excellence. This program offers recent graduates and early-career professionals a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across finance functions, accelerating their growth by supporting the specific financial challenges of Formula 1, including Cost Cap regulations and strategic decision support.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Provide financial analysis and support related to Formula 1 Cost Cap regulations, advanced engineering, and manufacturing.

• Develop: Cultivate strong analytical and business acumen through hands-on experience in diverse finance disciplines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a MA/MS or BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated financial modeling capabilities.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with clear written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Familiarity with BI data analytics tools and methods.
