• Mission: Assist with the recording, analysis, and communication of the Company’s financial results.
• Tech Stack: MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile: Prepare bank account reconciliations for the company.
• Record: Review and accurately record all company credit card transactions.
• Support: Assist with the company’s lot acquisition process.
• Calculate: Provide support in the calculation of home sales prices.
• Report: Prepare and maintain various financial schedules and reports, including monthly sales, releases, and closings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with current enrollment in a University. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills for building relationships with vendors, internal employees, and customers, good time management, and flexibility.
• Bonus: Pursuing a degree in Accounting is preferred.
