Accounting Intern (2027) | Hollister Incorporated

The Tone:
This is an internship at Hollister Incorporated, located in Libertyville, IL. Hollister is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures, and markets innovative healthcare products for ostomy care, continence care, and critical care globally. What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Develop and maintain specialized accounting reports for analysis.
• Improvements: Identify and recommend process improvements within accounting operations.
• Documentation: Document existing accounting processes and procedures.
• Operations: Perform month-end close processes and daily bank reconciliations.
• Projects: Assist in special projects focused on automation and compliance initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university, having successfully completed at least sophomore year, with a minimum 3.2 GPA. Familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience: Academic progress equivalent to completion of sophomore year of college.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and Access skills; strong analytical capabilities for financial analysis and reporting; excellent written and oral communication skills; self-starter with fast learning ability.
