This is an Accounting Internship at Porsche Cars North America, located in Atlanta, GA. This role is crucial for supporting the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and efficient processing of transactions, which underpins the company’s fiscal integrity.

• Mission: Assist the accounting department with diverse tasks to support month-end and quarter-end reporting, Concur expense reimbursements, and Procurement-to-Pay processes.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Zycus Merlin, Concur, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Prepare and execute vendor invoices using SAP and Zycus Merlin systems.
• Expense Reimbursement Administration: Assist as a Concur Administrator, reviewing, auditing, and approving expense reimbursement requests.
• Concur Configuration: Prepare and execute the steps necessary to add and/or adjust cost center approvers within Concur.
• Quarterly Reporting: Prepare the quarterly Concur Invoice journal entry for financial records.
• Financial Reporting Assistance: Assist with the preparation of month-end and quarter-end reports for various entities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification of sophomore or higher level standing in college/university, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Experience: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skills: Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints and against deadlines; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Skills: Demonstrated self-starter with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
