Management Development Program Associate | VyStar Credit Union
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at VyStar Credit Union, located in the Metro Jacksonville area with travel required throughout its network. VyStar Credit Union is the 13th largest credit union in the United States, serving over one million members and operating for more than 70 years. This program is designed to rapidly expand business acumen and leadership capabilities, preparing individuals for future leadership roles within the organization. The role matters because it cultivates future leaders who will drive the credit union’s mission of ‘Do Good Bank Better’ and ensure continued growth and service excellence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Expand business acumen and leadership capabilities through an accelerated learning and development experience.
• Build critical business relationships by rotating across major business groups within the credit union.
• Gain practical experience through rotational assignments in areas such as Member Services, Lending, and Finance.
• Accelerate career growth and prepare for alignment to leadership roles that match aspirations, strengths, and business needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with candidates within six months of completion considered; all majors accepted.
• Experience: 1-9 years of professional experience, with individual contributors, supervisors, and assistant managers considered.
• Skills: Strong learning agility, teamwork, analytical, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to lead and develop others; willingness to travel throughout VyStar’s network.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred; active involvement in college life and community service; military experience and/or Veteran’s status is valued.
