• Tech Stack: QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, Excel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Associates, Managers, and group Partners to effectively support and balance various client needs.
• Financial Operations: Manage client bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, diligently investigating and resolving all reconciling items.
• Close Processes: Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for a diverse range of clients.
• System Implementation: Support the setup and implementation of new accounting systems and procedures based on specific client requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, graduating college student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Experience: Extensive experience with key accounting and financial software including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong computer proficiency, project management capabilities, a highly organized personality with keen attention to detail, and a flexible, adaptable attitude to new situations and software.
• Bonus: GPA of 3.0 or higher.
