• Mission: To support audit teams by gaining hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct audit engagement tasks, including cash management, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and audit work paper preparation.
• Assist with various audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Resolve audit issues by gathering evidence and making client inquiries to support daily workflow.
• Collaborate with seasoned professionals to gain exposure to diverse clients and industries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility. Must have successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Skills: Minimum 3.2 GPA in both major and overall. Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
