What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Accuracy: Ensure monthly profit and loss statements accurately reflect the client contracts.
• Policy Compliance: Maintain compliance with Group Accounting Policies and Procedures and internal controls.
• Financial Processing: Validate field requests and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Project Support: Complete special projects as assigned by the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as a rising Junior or Senior in Accounting or a similar undergraduate program.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access), excellent communication skills (both oral and written), high level of attention to detail and organization with the ability to multitask, and proficiency in time management to meet target dates while working under pressure.
• Bonus: Curiosity about the hospitality and service industry, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
