This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth daily operation of financial processes and contributing to accurate month-end closing activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Management: Process vendor invoices, payments, expense reports, and employee reimbursements.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Manage customer invoicing, cash applications, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
• Reconciliation & Closing Support: Reconcile AP/AR transactions, investigate discrepancies, support bank reconciliations, and assist with journal entries, accruals, and monthly closing.
• Financial Reporting Assistance: Help with financial reporting, audit documentation, and ad hoc accounting projects.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain vendor records and assist with tax documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with Concur for expense management.
