What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable: Process accounts payable transactions and assist with related workflows.
• Financial Records: Perform journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Data Management: Utilize QuickBooks and Fund EZ to manage financial data and transactions.
• System Maintenance: Assist with fund imports, exports, and accounting system maintenance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, qualifying for an Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Approximately 1+ year of accounting experience or relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
