The Tone:
This is a full-time Management Trainee position at LESSO, located in Atlanta, GA. LESSO (Stock Code: 2128.HK) is a global leader in piping solutions, boasting over 40 years of consistent growth and USD 3.6 billion in sales revenue in 2025. The company has diversified its business into multiple sectors, including building materials, home furnishings, and new energy, with a significant presence across 150 cities in 60 countries outside China. This role is a cornerstone of the Pathfinder Global Initiative, LESSO’s flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders who will drive the company’s ambitious global expansion. The Management Trainee will be instrumental in establishing and managing new sales operations, specifically contributing to LESSO’s growth in the Atlanta, GA market.

• Team: Reports to Pathfinder Global Initiative management, will lead a local sales team of 10 in Atlanta post-training.
• Mission: To cultivate future international leaders who will establish and manage LESSO’s sales operations in new global markets, specifically contributing to the development of the Atlanta, GA market.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in an intensive six-week training program in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Product Mastery: Rapidly master the full range of LESSO products to effectively represent the company’s offerings.
• Market Development: Develop and grow local business opportunities in Atlanta, GA, strategically leveraging the Group’s extensive resources.
• Sales Management: Upon successful completion of the program, return to Atlanta, GA, to assume the role of sales manager.
• Team Leadership: Lead LESSO’s operations in Atlanta, GA, including managing and developing a local sales team of up to 10 individuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Legally authorized to work in the United States, with a background suitable for an enterprising young talent eager to develop into an international leader.
• Experience: Familiarity with the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area, understanding local dynamics and the business environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese; eagerness to learn and capable of mastering LESSO products in a short period of time; excellent problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging Group resources; demonstrated potential to lead operations and manage a team of 10.
• Bonus: Preferably holding a degree from a university located within the Atlanta, GA area.
