Nurse Residents will deliver compassionate one-on-one care to diverse clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver: Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
• Document: Complete electronic charting using Statewise for patient records.
• Train: Engage in a 6-week paid training program and shadowing to develop home care skills.
• Support: Access around-the-clock clinical support by phone for patient care needs.
• Practice: Participate in awarding-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs to hone clinical abilities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level nursing graduate from a qualified nursing program.
• Experience: Scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States.
• Skills: Current valid nursing license in the U.S.; CPR in good standing.
