Onboarding Associate | Wonder

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Wonder, located in Chicago, IL. Wonder guides restaurants through the entire process of integrating and optimizing their presence on the Grubhub platform. This role matters because you will ensure restaurant partners are fully equipped to manage orders quickly, enabling them to benefit from our partnership right from the start.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Onboarding: Oversee the entire restaurant onboarding process, ensuring partners experience a timely and efficient setup.
• Configure Accounts: Set up accounts for integration and menu ingestion, performing quality checks using various internal tools.
• Expedite Go-Live: Proactively contact restaurant owners daily to troubleshoot integration issues and facilitate getting them live on the platform swiftly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, operations engineering, and integration partners to ensure positive onboarding experiences and resolve recurring issues.
• Partner Enablement: Train restaurant owners on the platform, providing insights into its value and capabilities to help them receive more orders and achieve long-term success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent working experience is required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience is necessary, with restaurant owner or restaurant experience being a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to use computers, Windows PC applications, and learn new software; expertise in problem-solving and identifying root causes; ability to multi-task and understand multiple products; empathy for restaurant partners.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.com, Zendesk, or similar CRMs is a plus.
