• Mission: Prepare individuals for management roles by providing comprehensive business unit training across operations, finance, human resources, and sales & marketing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales: Manage the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
• Operations: Oversee all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Customer Relations: Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to foster ongoing relationships and expand the customer base.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agency requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar related field. This is an entry-level career development program.
• Experience: One (1) year or more of customer service experience, particularly with issues resolution, is preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction, ability to build and sustain professional relationships at all organizational levels, detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices, and intermediate computer literacy.
• Bonus: Ability to relocate within the region or the United States upon completion of the training program.
