What You’ll Actually Do
• Method Development: Develop and evaluate innovative methods and technologies for CFO and CRO environments in insurance companies and captives.
• Financial Architecture: Focus on regulatory requirements, steering models, financial processes, IT architecture, and data management within the CFO/CRO functions.
• Innovation Guidance: Actively accompany the development and introduction of new technologies and the conception of applications in finance and risk functions, particularly AI-supported processes for efficiency gains.
• Knowledge Application: Apply expertise in steering models, controlling, regulatory compliance, data management, process optimization, and transformational change to client engagements.
• Tool Implementation: Build competence in the introduction of insurance-specific tools (e.g., SAP Insurance Analyzer, Anaplan, IBM Cognos, MS Power BI) and the implementation of related functional requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree in economics or natural sciences, with a focus on senior-level consulting for financial services.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Insurance, Asset Management, Finance & Risk, Regulatory, Digital Reporting, Controlling, Strategy, Transformational Change, or Data Management.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, a team-oriented mindset, eagerness for varied tasks, enthusiasm for insurance industry trends, enjoyment of planning and organization, confident demeanor, and pleasure in complex problem-solving.
• Bonus: Readiness to travel, excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
