As a Senior Product Manager for Link, you will spearhead the evolution and market scaling of a critical cloud-based interoperability network. Your vision will bridge vital information gaps during multi-agency incidents, empowering public safety professionals with the precise insights needed for faster, smarter responses and enhanced community protection.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Leadership: Lead the end-to-end strategy, feature requirements, and ongoing deployment for Link’s multi-tier product portfolio (Reader, Contributor, Exchange).
• Network Growth: Drive the network-effect strategy and market scaling by capitalizing on launch momentum, leveraging the existing install base, and attracting non-Motorola Solutions agencies.
• Data Governance: Enhance Link’s granular, policy-driven governance architecture to manage data sharing, automation rules, and real-time cross-platform alerting integrations.
• System Interoperability: Champion CAD-agnostic interoperability by expanding Link’s open-ecosystem posture for frictionless data ingestion across native and third-party systems.
• Commercial Strategy: Craft comprehensive packaging, pricing, and adoption strategies to accelerate annual recurring revenue and deepen customer engagement across public safety agencies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Product Manager with experience in public safety, defense, or other regulated, high-trust environments.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management with a proven track record managing data-rich, mission-critical domains such as video, IoT, drones, or real-time analytics.
• Skills: Familiarity with data pipelines, interface protocols, APIs, or standards-based data exchange frameworks (e.g., EIDO/i3 standards); understanding of commercial scaling models, network effects, tiered software packaging, and value-based pricing; exceptional communication and leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional teams and interface with high-level external stakeholders.
