• Team: Reporting to the Senior Sales Engineering Manager in the Solutions Consulting department.
• Mission: To be a key technical driver in presenting Zscaler’s cloud security platform, translating customer goals into relevant recommendations, and guiding clients through their transformational journey.
• Tech Stack: AI/ML technologies, SASE, Proxy technology, Cybersecurity, IPS, DLP, CASB, CNAPP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Present: Present the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers.
• Translate: Set the vision and translate customer goals into enticing and relevant recommendations.
• Advise: Become the trusted advisor to clients while aiding their transformational journey.
• Gather: Gather customer technical requirements and promote the value proposition in POV, presentations, and demos.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior level professional with deep knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator, including proven experience partnering with sales to deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and proof of concept engagements.
• Skills: Proficiency with Value Selling Methodologies, foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.
• Bonus: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency, practical experience architecting or demonstrating AI-enhanced cybersecurity platforms, automated threat response tools, or machine learning-driven network analytics, or Cloud Platform certifications such as CISSP or CCNP, or subject matter expertise in SASE, Proxy technology, Cybersecurity, IPS, DLP, CASB, or CNAPP.
