What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Activities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund accounting activities by applying deep knowledge in accounting principles and practices.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiencies.
• Analyze Financial Data: Conduct thorough analyses of financial data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain Records: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Implement Improvements: Assist in the development and implementation of accounting best practices and process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Bonus: Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA.
