What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close Management: Oversee and execute all monthly and quarterly close procedures for a designated portfolio of medical office buildings.
• Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct comprehensive balance sheet and income statement analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Asset Management Partnership: Offer direct accounting support and collaborate with asset managers assigned to the portfolio.
• Operational Accounting: Handle various accounting and analytical responsibilities that contribute to the overall financial operations of the portfolio.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required, suitable for an early career accounting professional.
• Experience: Proficiency with computers and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
