What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Rotate through multiple dealership accounting offices to gain hands-on experience in the automotive sector.
• Reporting: Contribute to dealership financial reporting processes and procedures.
• Controls: Develop and apply understanding of internal controls within dealership operations.
• Analysis: Perform operational analysis to support dealership performance and decision-making.
• Leadership Development: Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually lead a dealership accounting department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Up to two years of professional accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Public accounting or internship experience; Willingness to travel periodically to dealership locations for training.
