Supply Chain Rotational Analyst – December 2026 Grads | Charter Wire
The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career rotational program at Charter Manufacturing, initially located in Woodstock, IL, with subsequent rotations in Saukville, WI, and Milwaukee, WI. Charter Manufacturing is a fourth-generation family-owned business driven by a will to grow and improve. This role is crucial for building supply chain talent and strengthening the organization’s capabilities by providing comprehensive learning opportunities within Charter Manufacturing’s diverse operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procurement: Manage procurement processes to ensure efficient supply acquisition.
• Supply & Demand Planning: Develop and execute supply and demand plans to optimize inventory and fulfillment.
• Transportation: Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Supply Chain Transformation: Contribute to strategic initiatives for supply chain transformation and improvement.
• Rotational Learning: Engage in structured rotational assignments across multiple Charter Manufacturing sites to gain diverse operational experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; early-career focus for December 2026 graduates.
• Experience: Prior supply chain or general business internship or related experience; demonstrated participation in a team environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; high level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement; strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business.
• Bonus: Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; willingness to travel as needed.
