This is an early career Leadership Development Program at Synthomer, located in the US with geographical mobility required. Synthomer is a leading supplier of high-performance, specialized polymers and ingredients vital to key sectors such as coatings, construction, adhesives, and health and protection. This program is designed to accelerate careers, develop future leaders, and enhance the company’s operational capabilities by tackling high-impact business challenges.

• Mission: Accelerate professional development and enhance Synthomer’s operational capabilities by tackling high-impact business challenges and developing into a future leader of the organization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Optimize CRM systems and improve related processes to enhance enablement, adoption, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate innovative sales enablement technologies that align with the global strategy.
• Provide project management support across various markets, global regions, and internal teams.
• Develop and enhance capabilities for sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metric tracking.
• Craft internal communications specifically for Commercial Excellence initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s Degree in Operational Excellence, Project Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development. Must possess permanent work authorization in the United States. Ability to be geographically mobile for assignments within the U.S. and travel internationally during the program.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong operational, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Possess a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Bonus: An MBA is preferred. Two or more internships or CO-OPs are preferred.
