What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Preparation: Prepares diverse tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and other types.
• Assurance Services: Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services for clients.
• Engagement Support: Supports multiple client engagements to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Knowledge Development: Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of accounting procedures, workpapers, and systems.
• Research & Communication: Completes research and special projects as needed, and communicates effectively with clients and CLA family members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Experience: Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements and possess a general knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Skills: Willingness to learn new technologies, proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products, and has reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
